How it works

One profile. Every grant you qualify for.A clear path to apply.

GrantFinder Pro is a loop, not a list. Six waypoints take you from a two-minute profile to a submitted application, then bring you back when something new appears.

    Profile

Tell us about your business once.

A four-step wizard gets you first matches in about two minutes: what you do, where you are, how big you are and what the money is for. The full business profile in your dashboard (entity type, certifications, ownership, project ideas) sharpens every match after that. Ownership details are optional and only used to surface set-asides you qualify for.

    • About two minutes to first matches
    • Editable any time, several businesses on Agency

    Match

See only what you can actually receive.

Every night we ingest Grants.gov, curated Florida programs and private and corporate grants into our own index and tag each one for who may apply. Hard eligibility rules run first (applicant type, geography, set-asides, size, status), then what is left is ranked on industry, purpose, amount and timing. Any match can be explained by AI: why you match, what could disqualify you and what you need first.

    • Nightly index, not stale scraped lists
    • AI explanation for any match

    Roadmap

Know what to do, who to call and when.

For every grant you track, the roadmap lays out ordered steps with realistic durations (UEI, SAM.gov, Grants.gov Workspace, letter of intent, submission), the program contact from the funding notice, and free local help from your SBDC and SCORE. The schedule is worked back from the deadline and warns you when it is no longer achievable.

    Write

Let AI take the first draft, then tighten it.

The writer reads the funding notice, asks you the questions its required sections need, and drafts section by section within the page and word limits. A simulated reviewer scores the draft against the published criteria with a prioritized fix list, next to a compliance checklist and budget narrative. Nothing is invented: gaps are marked [NEEDS INPUT].

    Track

Move every grant through the stages.

A pipeline board from Saved through Researching, Drafting, Ready and Submitted to Awarded or Declined, with notes, amounts and a portfolio summary. Tasks carry owners and due dates, and the calendar shows every deadline and task, with a private feed for Google Calendar or Outlook.

    Alert

    Hear about new matches first.

After each nightly refresh we compare new and changed opportunities with your profile. Matches arrive instantly or as a daily or weekly digest, deadline reminders go out 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before each due date, and the notification center keeps an unread count. Then the loop starts again.

What you will need before you apply

Most first-time applicants lose weeks to registrations. We flag these on every match so you can start early.

  • A UEI and active SAM.gov registration

Required for every federal award. Free, but allow 2–4 weeks.

  • A Grants.gov Workspace

Where federal applications are assembled and submitted.

  • Basic financials and a capability statement

Most state and private programs ask for these up front.
